Select For More Information:

We always start with a thorough initial assessment at which the likelihood of treatment helping or not is discussed. We do not treat what we cannot improve and we will tell you if we are unable to help.

How Long Will I Be There?

Your first appointment will consist of a thorough assessment that will last no more than 45 minutes or 60 minutes if your appointment is with the Pelvic Floor Physio. We only treat what we can help!

How often should I come

We will suggest a treatment course based on your desired outcome. We can also provide one-off treatments.

What Kind of Treatment Do You Offer?

We offer everything from deep tissue massage, manipulation to acupuncture. We will offer whatever treatment we feel will be most successful for you.

What do I bring?

Any previous Doctors notes or scans would be helpful. If your appointment is for Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy you need to complete a 3 day bladder diary (which we will provide) and bring it to your appointment.

What Should I Wear?

Just wear comfortable clothing which allows us to see the area of concern i.e. Vest top/shorts.

Testimonial for Carl Guest

"I recently changed physios and I've been visiting Carl, who has been absolutely amazing during my recovery process. All the staff are very friendly here, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Carl is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I've seen significant improvements since starting my sessions with him. Highly recommend!"

Testimonial for Matt Franklin

"I have been experiencing acute pain in my left forearm and wrist for several months. I was referred to Matt Franklin who kindly and patiently discussed the nature and identified the location of my discomfort. The visit was carried out professionally where I had the diagnosed condition explained to me in a manner I felt very comfortable with. The consultation with Matt was a credit to the practice and I have received a follow-up program of exercise that is designed to fit my situation

Testimonial for Lesley Harris

"I was recommended by a friend who had visited Lesley. My spine was like a rod, rigid, it hurt, it didn't move. After only a few sessions I have a new spine again. Lesley put me at ease, gave me exercises, a good pummelling with a couple of unexpected cracks. I don't need pain relief, I can get out of bed and off the sofa easily. It's the best money I've spent and they don't push you to keep going back. Just honest, amazing treatment! Thank you.
